User can change their password from either the onship web app or the onship mobile app.
To change your password, follow these steps:
| 1 | Enter your email ID and click "Submit" to get a verification code via email. |
| 2 | Input the 6-digit code and set a new password. |
| 3 | Can't find the code? Double-check your email address and resend. |
| 4 | Open the app and tap "Forget Password" to trigger a reset email. |
| 5 | Follow the instructions in the email to update your password. |
Password must contain:
- Minimum of 8 characters
- One uppercase letter
- One lowercase letter
- One special character
- One number
