If you’re using the web app:
To top-up your digital wallet, click on the rectangle labelled as Balance present in the top right-hand side corner of the onship homepage.
After the Top-Up box opens, enter the desired amount or choose from the options present and then continue to payment details.
If you’re using the mobile app:
Go to settings > Balance > enter the desired amount or choose from the options present and then continue to payment details.
You can also top-up by clicking on the Calls icon > DialPad > Top-up.
To update your wallet, click on the wallet button,
1. Enter the amount you want to top-up in your wallet
2. Update your billing details including your address
3. Add your debit/credit card number, expiry date and CVV
Note: You can enter a Partner Code if you have one from your organisation
