3.3 Why does my 'Contact' list contain both Personal contact and Platform/onship contact?

Your 'Contact' list contains both Personal contact and Platform/onship Contact, so as to provide you access to all of your added contacts in one place.

For Personal contact, only the 'Call' option will be visible to you.

For Platform/onship contact, the 'Voice call', 'Video call' and 'Message' options will be visible.
