Accessing Loft Meetings

Open https://loft.frontm.ai/ on the User's Google Chrome browser.

Click on the ‘NEW MEETING’ button

Start An Instant Meeting

Once the User has entered the username and password, click ‘START NOW’ to enter the meeting room.

Invite participants to the meeting by sharing the meeting link-

Click on 3 dots next to the disconnect button

Click on the ‘Invite People’ option

Click on the Copy Link icon below ‘Share the meeting link to invite others’ field

Note that meeting attendees do not require any software installation or Loft username password to join the meeting.

 Schedule a meeting for a future date/time

Once the User has entered the username and password, click on the ‘CREATE FOR LATER’ option

Copy the Meeting Room ID link, which is the meeting link for the scheduled meeting

Add the link copied to the existing office calendar application and share the invite

Starting a scheduled meeting

Click on the loft meeting link.

Once the link is opened on Google Chrome, use the username and password

Click on START NOW. The User is now hosting the meeting that was previously scheduled and the participants can enter the meeting room.

Note: Members can only join the meeting if the Host logs into the meeting link shared.
