Update two-factor authentication on the onship web app
To activate 2FA (Two Factor Authentication) within our web super app, you need to access to My Profile screen using the icon at the top right of the screen as shown in the screenshot below:
Once the user are in the My Profile screen, they must activate the Two Factor Authentication switch as shown in the screenshot below.
When the switch is active a new dialogue will pop up requesting to enter the user's password.
After entering the password, you will see a QR code screen. Scan this QR code from a smartphone using an Authenticator app like Google Authenticator for instance.
Once the QR code is scanned and the Authenticator app shows the rotating OTP codes, click on Continue.
Update two-factor authentication on the onship mobile app
Users need to enter the OTP on this field and click continue. Once that is done, 2FA is fully active.
Using the mobile app:
1. Open the onship homepage and click on the logo in the top left corner.
2. Select Settings > Security Settings > Two-factor authentication > toggle the button to the right and then enter your password to authenticate your mobile device.
