For all the significant milestones/ check-points of the above user flow - Bulugo sends acknowledgment emails to users on their registered email ID to keep him/her posted regarding the required information, next steps, etc.
These check-points are -
- New account creation
- Verification confirmation from Bulugo’s side
- After placing an enquiry/ order
- Once any of the enquiries receive quotations from a seller
- When the user takes action on a quotation
- When enquiry status gets updated
