When a Medical team member logs into the EMR Application, they would be shown the below screen -
a) Crew LOG-Medical Data
The Medical team member views the full list of patients on the system.
The Medical Team Member selects a patient and views the information.
(i) Crew Personal Data: View and update/edit permitted fields

(ii) Medical Case Log: View list of previous cases and crew New Case
(iii) View Case Log: View a specific case
(iv) Medical Data: View and update medical data
(v) Drug Allergies: View and update drug allergies
(vi) Medical History: View and update medical history
(vii) Vaccination History: View and update vaccination history
(viii) Hospitalisations: View and update Hospitalisation history
(ix) Current medications: View and update current medications
(x) Vital Signs: View and update vital signs
(xi) PEME: View and update PEME
b) Appointments Management
All the medical appointments scheduled on the system will be displayed in a calendar format.
Medical Team member creates a new appointment by selecting the “Add” button. The following form needs to be filled up with Appointment details and then the appointment is scheduled.
c) Notifications
Notification Centre is a table that contains all the incoming notifications for the medical personnel.
If a message needs to be sent to any particular crew/patient user, it can be done by selecting the “New” button and then filling out a form with the below details and the crew will receive the message in their notification centre.
d) New Case
Medical team members can create a new case
e) Analytics
The Medical team member can have a look at all the different cases & different metrics across all patients/companies
