About CF Sharp
The CF Sharp web and mobile apps enable crew managers and seafarers to connect with each other.
CFS Crew Manager is a web application whereas CFS Seafarer is a mobile application.
CFS Crew Manager (Web App)
Go to Apps, click on Catalog, click on ‘Sign Up To A New Provider’, enter the code “Cfsm2022”, search for CFS - Seafarer and then tap on it to install.
A) How to create your profile?
Once the application is launched, click on Profile and fill in details such as Start Time and End Time. Start and End Time denote the start and end of your work hours. Next, enter your Break time.
B) How to schedule an appointment with a seafarer?
Step 1 - Once all the details are filled in, your profile is set. Now tap on Scheduler to book an appointment with a seafarer.
Step 2 - As a next step, click on Schedule An Appointment and enter details such as Name of Seafarer, preferred Date and Time slot, Venue (Office/Remote), Description (optional) and then click on Submit.
Well done - you are now all set for the meeting.
C) When a seafarer schedules an appointment
1. Tap on the Table View of the calendar as shown in the image below.
2. Next, go to the appointment you want to reschedule/cancel and tap on the three vertical dots present on the left of the seafarer’s name.
3. ‘Edit Appointment’ allows you to change the appointment venue, leave a note for the Seafarer, and update the appointment status to either ‘Alternative’, ‘Rejected’ or ‘Confirmed.’

Go to Apps, click on Catalog, click on ‘Activate Premium Apps’, enter the code “Cfss2022”, search for CFS - Seafarer and then tap on it to install.
A) How to create your profile?
Once the application is launched, click on Profile and fill in your details such as Name, Email Address and Timezone.
B) How to schedule an appointment with a Crew Manager?
Once your timezone is set up successfully, go back to the Menu and tap on Scheduler to book an appointment with a Crew Manager.
Next, type in and search the name of the Crew Manager you want to get in touch with.
Enter meeting details such as Date, Time, and Venue (Office/Remote) and click on Submit.
Well done - you are now all set for the meeting and will receive a confirmation email after the Crew Manager accepts your appointment.
C) When a Crew Manager schedules an appointment
Tap on the upcoming appointment in your calendar, then swipe left for more options, tap on the ellipsis (More) to edit the appointment or cancel it.
‘Edit Appointment’ allows you to change the appointment venue, leave a note for the Crew Manager, and update the appointment status to either ‘Alternative’, ‘Rejected’ or ‘Confirmed.’
‘Alternative’ allows you to choose an appointment ‘Date’ of your choice and leave ‘Alternate Notes’ for the Crew Manager.
An email is sent after you confirm the appointment (see image below).
